Our Technology department is equipped to provide education and support on everything from the most basic task – like accessing your e-mail – to the more complex, such as mapping your client accounts to your portfolio management software.

Our Tech HelpDesk is staffed 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. Your calls are answered within seconds by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member who takes ownership of the issue until it’s resolved. From routine tech issues to viruses that sneak up on you, we will assist you in any way that we can.

Remote Session
Our Tech HelpDesk is equipped with resources to access your computer and solve problems remotely while you watch. With your permission, a member of our Technology staff can essentially take over your machine to ensure that the issue at hand is fully resolved.
